As LawTutors updates its materials to reflect the current law resulting from certain landmark Supreme Court decisions, we want to provide to you with this supplement to assist and guide you in your studies. We appreciate your patience as we update our materials and want to assure you that we are working diligently to ensure that the law is accurately reflected in our resources. For now, please use the following supplement to guide you in the following ways:

  1. Any essays that deal with the subjects that are affected by the recent changes should be analyzed under the new law.
  2. Any charts, notes, outlines, or answers that contain the old law can be replaced instead with the new law we are providing here.
  3. While we are removing the old law from our materials, we are seeking to draft new essays and multiple-choice questions that can be analyzed under the old law.
  4. Please note that the NCBE has stated the following in response to the recent Supreme Court decisions: “NCBE-developed MBE, MPT, and MEE questions typically are drafted, revised, and finalized over an approximately three-year period, including pre-testing of MBE items on a live exam prior to administration as scored items.”
