REFUNDS:
a. One-on-One Tutoring:
- 15-hour package: Students may be refunded for a maximum of 3 unused hours.
- LawTutors reserves four to six weeks to process and mail out refunds.
- 10-hour package or less: No refunds for unused hours.
- Essay Review Packages: Non-refundable.
- Added Hours via TutorCruncher: All sales final, no refunds.
b. Store:
All purchases made from the Store are non-refundable.
c. Workshops (Currently Unavailable)
While we are not currently offering workshops, our previous refund policy for them is as follows (in case we reinstate them in the future):
- Up to one month prior to the first day of workshops, students may obtain a 100% refund if they decide not to take the course.
- After one month, but up to two weeks prior to the first day of workshops, students may obtain a 50% refund if they decide not to take the course.
- After two weeks prior to the first day of workshops, no refunds are available.
- LawTutors reserves four to six weeks to process and mail out refunds.
