We know you hear a lot what you are supposed to write, but what about you should not write? The following are four kinds of MEE Answers you do not want to write:
1. Repeating the Facts
Do not state everything that is in the essay question without actually analyzing the facts with law.
2. Scratching the Surface
Do not make a superficial reference to the issue. You must provide a detailed analysis.
3. The Outline
If you run out of time and outline the rest of the answer, you will not get points for that outline.
4. Making the Graders Work Too Hard
If the graders have to dig for your answer (even though it is in there), they will not be happy.
